These molded EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam corners measure 4 7/8 x 4 x 3 1/4" overall and are engineered to cushion product corners and edges during transit, storage, and handling. The interior pocket — 3.50" L x 2.75" W x 2.00" H — seats securely over product corners to prevent shifting within the carton.
The tapered exterior profile fits cleanly inside standard corrugated shipping boxes, keeping corners aligned and minimizing movement. These foam corners are well-suited for electronics, framed artwork, furniture components, appliances, and other hard-cornered items that require edge protection in distribution, fulfillment, and retail-ready packaging environments.
