These 3x3x3" foam corners are molded from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and feature a 2.25" interior channel that seats flush inside standard corrugated cartons. The tapered exterior profile locks into box corners without adding bulk or shifting during transit.
The non-abrasive foam surface protects finished surfaces, painted edges, and coated materials from scuffing or impact damage — making these corners well suited for electronics, framed goods, furniture components, appliances, and industrial equipment shipped through retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce fulfillment channels.
